We bowled for a work event. I made the reservations ahead of time. I was never asked how many people were bowling but did confirm the price per lane of $38. I also knew from the website that the shoes were $3 per person. When we arrived we were automatically charged an additional $15 per lane for shoes. We had a party of 9, someone brought their own shoes, and still was overcharged $20. I called the owner and he denied the refund.. for shoes!!! We only spent $300 between food, drink, and lanes!!! We loved the food and service, but management is lacking fundamental customer service skills.
Just told that I was charged for a service that I had not asked for! Owner of back bowl, I made the reservation with YOU. YOU stated $38 per hour. I NEVER asked your associate for an extra 30 minutes. Why would I ask for 30 extra minutes on a lane I did not use? Make it right!
We were in town for some skiing and heard about this place from the concierge. He made a reservation for us and it was well worth the drive to Eagle. Great atmosphere and music and the food was outstanding. The place was hopping and there was lots to do with a comedy show the week were there.
Wish I could give no stars. First of all the lanes always break and they don't add time to your game so the clock just keeps ticking when your asking to get it fixed. Secondly if they do add time after they fix it they will charge you usually. Thirdly THE OWNER IS A CHEAP OLD BASTARD. Today we were like one bowl from finishing a game and our 1 hour has expired so the lane shut down. He saw this and said no problem I'll add 5 minutes. We bowled for five more minutes and he charged us for it and then after that we payed a dollar for air hockey in the arcade and it wouldn't work he came over and said what's the problem and we said it broke and it took our money ( we were already moved over to the other air hockey table at the time) he said oh good you switched over to the other one and he walked away.
Very large and modern bowling center with a restaurant and plenty of video and bar games.
10 open bowling lanes yet 30-60 min wait. Ridiculous! Service was terrible. Instead of ordering drinks at bar was told to go to bowling lane and wait for server who took forever. But atleast the mousetrap in the arcade didnt have a dead rodent in it.
