Really enjoyed lunch here while passing through on I-70. Great sandwiches (doesn't skimp on the meat) with creative and healthy options as well. I had a very good espresso. I value creativity, quality, and craftsmanship and those were present in this little cafe. Seating is limited, but the people are friendly. Cafe itself is rustic and cozy. I plan to stop there again when I'm headed that way.
Eat here almost every week. Great food. Never had a bad sandwhich.
Very nice hole-in-the-wall local shop. Look for the mantra in the back door of the clean restroom!
I LOVE this place!! The sandwiches are on point! The vibe is so fresh! The service and ownership are amazing! I’m always greeted with a friendly smile..and I’ll always know where I can find some goooooooood food!! Red Canyon Cafe Rocks! I HIGHLY recommend this spot!
