Horrible! I was diagnosed with glaucoma by them. Was told I needed eye drops which are non reversal and create damage to my eyes with use. Went up Denver to get a second opinion and they said I absolutely did not have glaucoma and good thing I did not start the drops! Not OK and very scary.
Cataract surgery done last April was billed incorrectly by the hospital per the doctors "notes". Billed for a multifocal lens which was not used and the insurance does not cover. Hospital billed us and the doctors office will not correct the mistake. The billing office will not return my calls. Very poor service!
Very bad customer service. Very poor billing service will not return your calls or answer your questions. Do not give your business to this company.
I have only had good experiences here. They're pretty busy, but if you plan ahead it's no problem. They've even simply listened to a message that I left via phone call and sent my prescription immediately.
