Absolutely the worst service I've ever had to deal with, with constant changes in my plan leading to more charges that we didn't authorize and having tone tell them our direct TV account number multiple different timestyles to verify. I never had these issues with Verizon.

In the past the employees here have been extremely knowledgable and able to help, but lately it seems there's been a lot of turn-over, always someone new, and they don't always seem to be well-trained. And they never, ever seem to answer their phone, always have to leave a message and often don't get a call back.

Let me stress that this is NOT the customer rep's fault. She was perfectly nice and seemed to be doing a good job with the family ahead of me. Instead, responsibility for the abysmal service in this store rests squarely on ownership and/or management. Scheduling a single person to hold down a cell phone business--which is customer service intensive--is shockingly stupid.

Regardless, I browsed, selected my purchase, and stood at the cashier stand waiting to buy a single item while she was busy; this took about ten minutes, five of it just standing there, and finally I had to leave the store without buying. She asked if she could help on my way out, but I was done with it at that point.

Today I attempted to come into the store to get a new sim card as I got a new phone. Apart from the horribly high cost of apparently buying a new sim card at $27, the customer service was horrible. We called multiple times with no answer and when we finally came in we didn't even get notice by the staff. After talking with an employee (who doesn't speak good English, or barely any) we were told that it would cost $27 for a new sim card. This felt off so we called AT&T customer support and we're told that Authorized Retailers could not charge the main account holder for a new sim card. After arguing with the staff we finally left, as no Manager was on duty. Overall horrible experience and due to one store being horribly run AT&T now lost my family of 7 service. Thank you for making the decision to leave AT&T easy for us.

Ridiculous to understaff a store like this. A single employee was helping a family set up their phones, and she took her time doing it. This is fine, her customer service was adequate, and I have no complaints about her specifically.

Just passing through, so I doubt my lack of business will make a dent, but I have a feeling they'll fail all on their own. My best advice would be to pass this place by.

Waited for 10 minutes, employees did not acknowledge my presence... Oh well.
