Great experience with John and Service Master! We had a different company bail on us 2 days before our contract ran out at our apartment and we HAD to get the carpets cleaned. John re-worked his schedule for the day to make sure that he got a crew out to our place to get the job done. Abel was very able. He explained what was to be done. Did an excellent job. He said it would take 2 hours and he was within minutes. They came early after calling. Who does that??!! The boss Jim called for follow up. Nice guy!! And that matters to me in this day and age. 3rd time I used them and will continue to do so. Plus my wife is very happy
I have used this company both for carpet and air duct cleaning. In both cases, the crews did a good job. I only knock one star because of the price for air duct cleaning. It boiled down to nearly $300/hour which I think is far too steep for air duct cleaning.
