We had some issues getting a package delivered and Kevin, the store manager, went over and above to help us get an urgent delivery!
Horrendous and worthless customer service, left a note for the delivery driver that stated was ok to leave at door or with neighbors and left a signature as package required an "indirect signature", paid extra to get package overnighted and it took 3 days to get my package. FedEx doesn't use their brains or care about their customers. Overpriced shipping costs, terrible customer service that literally can't tell you anything more than what your computer screen can tell you. The hours for this joke of an establishment are terrible. 1030-1600??? Are you serious? How are working class humans supposed to pick up their packages with hours like these? Pathetic excuse for a shipping company. Do not use FedEx, UPS is a better option, I've even had better customer service with USPS which isn't saying much.
DO not USE FEDEX in Eagle County! Tina at the office in EAGLE on Marmot Ln refused to help with a lost cell phone and now a lost textbook! Use UPS or USPS. The worst customer service ever. The delivery drivers NEVER left a note of delivery attempt. Tina at Eagle office refused to help, with Samsung Galaxy 6 cell and now with a lost very expensive textbook. Same story of delivered package and never happened! Avoid the frustration!

Couldn't get my package because I called at 1:18pm when the door tag was left at 12:30. So happy I paid for overnight shipping, the best part is your company doesnt see a flaw in this. I will never ship fedex again
