This was an up and down experience (mostly due to my old 85 Bronco) and Freddie did his absolute best to make me feel comfortable and earn me as a repeat customer. He was able to get my truck in right away and work with me every step of the way to get it in amazing condition. When i was surprised (and unhappy) with the bill he walked me through it and even called later to make sure i understood and was happy. Going to a mechanic is always stressful and I feel Freddie takes some of that away.
We broke down on a Sunday and he was there in 5 minutes to help and fix the problem. Thank you!
