Very unorganized, scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. Came in to get the work done and the mechanic had not written down any my information and happened to be full that day. What’s the point of an appointment...
My check engine light started flashing on my way to Colorado Springs, and even though they were backed up with work, they took the time to figure out what was wrong with my car, and fixed it - at no cost to me, because it was an easy fix. They were very very kind to me when I was incredibly stressed out.
We are from out of town. We needed a quick oil change. Called this place, and was told they couldn't get us in until Thursday when it would be too late. Ridiculous service!!! They should have been kind and helped us out!!!
